Two days after last week’s rainstorms and thawing, wet areas appeared on the church basement floor and carpet. The walls and windows are dry. During the storm the floor was dry.
It seems to be coming from the ground up. Unfortunately with the carpeting we cannot determine the actual source..cracks in cement floor, seam between wall and floor???
