Progress inches on

Over the week the door sill was replaced, insulation blown in to the dormers and siding on parking lot side nearly done.

Inside lanterns were rehung, outlets installed on pillars and most of the baseboard painted.

Exterior is getting some attention

The old shingles have been removed from the north side. Found that there was no insulation in lower bays, dormers need insulation, and a rotted door sill. Insulation has been placed and foil wrap put on.

Next sunny day the door sill will be replaced and lower siding put on. Then on to the front…

Mother Nature has other plans this week….rain, sleet, wind oh my!

Despite dismal weather they have begun siding.

Carpeting and ancient linoleum have been removed. Floor is ready for a facelift…

Floors are next.

The ceilings, walls and trim are painted. They begin sanding the floors tomorrow.
